What is a good schedule for a video shoot for corporate video production?
There are many ways that you can produce a corporate video shoot schedule, just like there are many ways that you can produce a corporate video! Here is an example schedule that would work as a starting point for corporate video production!
When creating this example schedule, I wanted to create something that would encompass a lot of marketing needs at the same time.
Here are the deliverables to think about, and how long it would take to shoot each:
- 3-4 minute overview video, featuring executive interviews, testimonials, a hook for your videos to capture the attention of your audience, as well as B-roll.
- 1-2 minute videos focusing on the executive interviews (x1-x2)
- 1-2 minute videos focusing on the testimonials of your clients (x2-x3)
- 1 video (no spoken audio) just focused on the B-roll we collect.
It would be about 2 days of shooting broken down like this:
- 4-5 hours on executive interviews
- 4-5 hours on testimonials
- 4-5 hours on B-roll
- 4-5 hours on your hook
Organized like this, you would get 5-7 videos out of it, and 10-14 if you decide to do vertical versions as well for social media!
This is a great starting point for your next marketing initiative!
